Supporting Our Troops Since December 2000
Since December 2000, we have proudly supported approximately 1,000 deployed troops with heartfelt care packages delivered to various war zone destinations around the world. This incredible effort has been made possible through the generosity and patriotism of tens of thousands of supporters from the U.S. and abroad.
To date, we’ve sent more than 800 care packages and over 2,000 letters and cards from compassionate citizens. This initiative is our way of showing our troops how deeply we care about them. Our service members deserve to know that we support and appreciate the sacrifices they make for us, our families, and our future. This is about giving back to those who give all.
One of our most cherished efforts at U.S. Army Care Service is sending care packages to our deployed troops. These packages deliver a touch of home to those who serve in harm’s way on our behalf. Each year, we send thousands of care packages to war zones through various welfare branches, ensuring our troops feel valued and supported wherever they are.
